This is an early-career position for someone with a strong design foundation who wants to understand how an independent fashion brand actually works. You will contribute to design and product development while also helping maintain the samples, showroom, and organization that allow the creative work to happen.

You will work closely with the founder on merchandising, product education, hiring, training, customer experience, and the store's commercial goals. By opening day, you should feel confident representing the brand and ready to lead the sales team and daily store operation.
