Return Policy

All merchandise is only eligible for return for store credit or sizing exchange.

FULL PRICE merchandise is only eligible for a return for store credit/sizing exchange if a return is initiated via our Returns Portal within 10 days of order fulfillment.

Returns for store credit and sizing exchange will be subject to a $12 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

If your preferred size is unavailable for exchange, you are eligible for a refund but will incur a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund. It is at the discretion of the company to deem a product fit for return.

FINAL SALE merchandise are only eligible to be returned for sizing exchange, and are not eligible for store credit.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or store credit depending on order status at return initiation and may take up to 14 business days from return delivery to be issued.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please open an investigation with the carrier. We will not replace any packages. If you have any questions regarding your order email info@tonedeaf-studios.com

If you were sent the wrong item or if the product is defective, please contact us via email, info@tonedeaf-studios.com, within 7 days of receiving your order.

All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and placed back into original packaging with all original tags and labels attached. Please be aware it is at the discretion of the company to deem an item damaged or fit for return.

Returns must be dropped off at UPS within 7 days from initiating return.

Making a Return or Exchange

All domestic returns and exchanges must be initiated and completed via our Returns Portal. See below for international return instructions.

Access the Returns Portal via: Online Returns

In our Returns Portal you will be able to return or exchange your order and obtain a complimentary UPS return label.

When initiating a return please have your order number, located on the confirmation email and the email address used to place the order ready. You can also use the order number found on this packing slip by replacing the ‘WEB-‘ for ‘DL’ followed by the numerical sequence, example DL3071234.

  • Input your order number and email address used for the order.
  • Select the items you’d like to return, followed by selecting the reason why you are returning this item.
  • You will then be able to be given the option to either exchange for a new size, exchange for a new item or return it.
  • Complete your return, download and print your UPS return label.
  • Attach the UPS return label, if possible, to the original packaging and drop off at UPS. We ask customers to allow up to 14 business days for their returns to be processed and refunds issued. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive an email notification.

If you are exchanging your order, your exchange order will be placed once UPS has scanned/received your return package.
